Is there anything in the sticky at the beginning of this forum?

Go to http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/index.html and look for the 'Sample Code' under 'Resources'. You haven't mentioned which version of Forms you are running, links to 9i and 6i are at the BOTTOM of the page.

I don't know whether it is the 'best' website, but at least it exists.
