What would be the best long term career move in ERP training? Oracle apps or SAP.

SAP any day u bet, as the learning curve is steep, 2nd it takes longer time to implement...the manufacturing industry clients seems to swear by SAP... though oracle apps seems to be superior in more industry segments...

Hi friends

I am an MBA(Finance) guy having 2 yrs of experience in financial services industry. I would like to know how are the opportunities if i learn SAP FICO now. Are there any other financial related courses tht have a better future.

you will have opportunities in IT if you will study SAP FI/CO now. SAP is among the highest paying fields in IT and your background in finance industry will be a very good help for you to understand the SAP FI/CO modules. SAP FI/CO consultants are also very rare since it is very specialized.

SAP surely pays better.
from what i hear it also has a better scope....

for training, best go by siemens training centers
