I have to work with multi lingual database, about 18 languages. I've no problem with Latin languages. But now we need to include eastern Europe and chinese data as well.
I need to house the data and built forms application and other inside database treatment (sql loader, utl_file etc... ). How can I go about manipulating these data with
the same programms knowing that I ve been using UTF8 Oracle 8i(release 3) enterprise edition?

Thank you
