Dear all,

we have a customized application that have a problem on a specific client PC
the interface and text of the screen is corrupted (i can detected that layout is shown from left to right but it should be shown from right to left as it is an arabic application)
as shown
/forum/fa/13499/0/

N.B this happened to a specific windows profile although on the same PC another profile works fine

Open a command prompt and show us what the following yields:

Is that for the problematic profile or the one that works? Also (as I forgot it was Windows), can you show us what the contents of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\Key_OraDb10g_home1 are using regedit?

there is nothing refers to oracle as it is only url link on that pc

This is obviously a client issue. You need to try and find out what the difference between the good profile and the bad one is. What happens if you create a new profile? Can you not just delete the problematic profile and recreate it?

just updated IE to Ver. 11
but i really don't know the relation

if the problem is in the IE version it should not work on both profiles
but that happened
