Anyone know how to adjust the highwater session water mark on Oracle?

Select * From V$Rollstat ;

will display the HWMSIZE parameter which is the Current Highwater mark size.. are u talking about shrinking the rollback segments ?

Sai,

Sorry for I have confused you. I'm referring the session_highwater and session_current resided within Oracle. This parameter is used to track the number of oracle license used. However, I do not know how to reset the session_highwater parameter. Do you know how can it be done?
