Hi all,
I am trying to configure oracle management server on
windows 2000, I am using oracle 8.1.7 enterprise edition.
I am getting:
"Could not start the oracleorahome81ManagementServer
service on local computer
Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified."

I have checked the log file for it, there is no error
message.

What can I do.???

Make sure that
1. The OMS database ( or the one that contains the
   repository) is up and available.
   also the target databases.
2. The intelligent agent is running in both the
   machines.
3. Then start the OMS.
